Question by Stevie Do: What additional help is given to soldiers families when they are extended?

When the Government claims "stop loss" or ETS/PCS are their provisions when these families are left to fend for themselves, who picks up the child care tab or the training of there Guardian .How much additional help is in the package so if this happens are they paid overtime . The presence of both parents is benificial to the good health of children. Are we creating a problem within military families with the void of a parent.
