How do I get a job a regional accounting firm?

I want to get a job at a regional accounting firm I had 3.0 gpa in my Accounting degree. I don't know of many firms and the ones I do know of don't have any public email or application process on their websites. I am willing to travel anywhere in the U.S. Does anyone have any tips?

If your 'degree' is a two year degree from a community college, that's virtually worthless.

You will most likely never be hired if you think you can apply for and get jobs online. You must go in person to get hired in most cases.
