College basketball: Tetschlag named to all-tourney team

Green Bay womens basketball player Kayla Tetschlag, a Sheboygan North grad, was named to the All-Tournament team of the Caribbean Challenge, which the Phoenix won with victories over Hartford, Penn State and Utah.
