Can anyone give me short, simple biographies for Julius Caesar, Cleopatra, and Augustus Caesar?

I have to do a short discussion for my Latin class on which one I think had the greatest impact on the development of Rome. I don't want to read three biographies that are a million pages long. Can anyone help me?

Here they keep it short. (Caesar is under C)

Cleopatra is way behind but it's a close one between Augustus and Caesar. I'll probably choose Augustus because he established the organizational background for the Empire and the emperors to come, being one the most efficient rulers the world has ever seen, really bringing peace and order in the Roman Empire, after 100 years of political disorder. And he lived much longer than Caesar. But Caesar has impressive conquests, he definitively took the power of the Senate away. Also, he was a brilliant writer, only Cicero could equal him in his era, and people who are both military and literary geniuses are extremely rare.

Oh, and Caesar's last words were, "tu quoque, mi fili!" (although he said it in Greek).
