Question by Jeff K: What states are best for disability benefits?

I've recently become disabled and am wondering if there are certain states where it's "easier" to qualify for disability, food stamps, medicaid etc. For instance I read where certain states deny you food stamps if you own a car worth over a certain amount, or if you own a house. Others don't. Does anyone know which states are the most lenient with these types of things? Thanks!

Probably California and Oregon are easy.
